Bronze Back PTFE Coated Composite Plain Bearing DU-B Bushing

ZR-011 PTFE lined self-lubricating DU-B bronze bearing is made of bronze back with sintered bronze powder and PTFE layer. This type of sliding bearing is also called DU-B Bushing, PAP P11 composite plain bearing,bronze back coated self-lubricating bushing,oil free bronze bushes,SF-1B oiless bearing,plain dry sliding bronze bearings.

1.PTFE with Pb 0.01~0.03mm

2.Porous bronze 0.2~0.3mm

3.Bronze backing 0.7~2.3mm

• Good wear and friction performance over a wide range of load, speed and temperature conditions without lubrication.
• Also can perform well with lubrication.
• Bronze backing provides improved corrosion resistance compared with PVB010 self lubricating steel back bushing.

ZR-011 Bronze based DU bushing is widely used in steel metallurgy industry, cement grouting pumps and scrow conveyers of machine, marine and offshore equipment, dyeing machinery and so on.

• Shaft tolerance: f7 bis h8

• Housing: Mounting bevel min. 1.5 mm x 15-45°

• Shaft: Mounting bevel 5 mm x 15°, edges rounded

• Shaft Material: Steel, hardened or untempered, surface roughness ≤ Rz 2-3

• The application of an adequate force fitting mandrel is advisable. Grease lubrication of the outer surface may be necessary when mounting.
